Zakat On Wealth
This is the zakat that must be paid on money that has reached the nisab (minimum amount required for zakat) and has been held for a full lunar year. The nisab is 85 grams of gold or its equivalent in Lebanese pounds, approximately two million and a half.
Eid Clothing
This initiative starts with providing new clothes for the underprivileged, ensuring they have proper attire for Eid.
Food Basket
A project that distributes food baskets through the zakat fund of the association. The goal is to secure basic food necessities for needy families in Tripoli and surrounding areas, with a cost starting at 700,000 Lebanese pounds.
Sacrifices
Sacrifices are an important religious practice following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The cost of a sheep for sacrifice starts at 3 million Lebanese pounds, and a cow is shared among seven people (each share costs 10 million Lebanese pounds).
Charity
Donating any amount as a form of charity brings great rewards from Allah. It helps the poor and needy, eliminates sins, removes calamities, and multiplies good deeds.
Medical Assistance
Donations help support medical services provided by the association, including emergency cases and supporting the cost of surgeries and treatments, starting at $20.
Fidyah
This is a donation given by those unable to fast due to health reasons. The cost starts at 75,000 Lebanese pounds.
Zakat Al-Fitr
This is an obligatory zakat that every Muslim must give at the end of Ramadan. The minimum cost is 40,000 Lebanese pounds.
