Committee Definition:
The Zakat Fund relies on a continuous social verification policy conducted by a specialized team to increase the number of beneficiaries. This social research department ensures financial, medical, educational, and housing aid reaches those who are truly in need. The team studies all applications submitted for assistance from the Zakat Fund and verifies their authenticity by assessing the social and economic conditions of applicants, including widows, orphans, divorced women, and unemployed individuals.
Based on this research, a specific type of aid is determined for each case. The committee also reevaluates cases periodically to accommodate changing circumstances and adjust assistance accordingly. The Fund adheres to a structured system that includes field visits, family studies, and work status evaluations to ensure the most suitable support is provided.
Number of Beneficiaries:
• Monthly Beneficiaries: 1350
Additionally, the committee facilitates dozens of medical transfers per month for doctor visits, minor surgeries, medical tests, and vision assessments.
